My name is Uli. I am a nationally board certified reflexologist and an associate polarity practitioner specialized in deep relaxation, bringing back homeostasis, managing sudden life changes, and chronic health issues.
I assist the flow of healing energy in the clients body. I encourage clients to understand themselves and to view the world from a positive perspective. I teach a series of simple self help energy techniques that create relaxation and balance, and I promote cleansing and longevity with fresh wholesome foods adapted to individual needs.
Education is very important to me. I have completed a 200 hour hands-on Reflexology certification course, as well as 90 hours practicum and 4 hours national board certification exam. As a professional reflexologist I am keeping up with continued education and finished level 2 in acupoint reflexology training.
The American Reflexology Certification Board's main purpose is to protect the public and promote the advancement of the field through the recognition of competent reflexologists who practice on a professional basis and choose to be recognized as meeting basic national standards. The ARCB works for the growth of the entire field by encouraging the ongoing development of reflexology associations, and related professional organizations, and legislative activities.
BODY IN BALANCE
The human body is highly intelligent and has a remarkable, built-in self correcting system that can restore health to diseased areas. It requires rest, relaxation and the gentle and natural flow of energy.
The goal of reflexology and polarity therapy, in effect, is to re-educate, re-pattern and re-condition nerves so that the body can heal itself by using that self-correcting system.
Relaxation through reflexology may help the body to balance any kind of stress it is experiencing and activating the healing powers of the body.
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary practice involving the use of alternating pressure applied to the reflexes within the reflex maps of the body located on the feet and hands.
